Most skyscrapers in countries like Qatar and Dubai are completely empty

When you see some countries in the Middle East, you are impressed by the huge buildings. However, the streets are mostly empty. There are not enough tourists or businesses for all those buildings. Most of the buildings are empty. They are decorations. They are made to make these countries seem bigger than they really are.
