Men don't age good

In a 36 year old man. I look in the mirror and I've noticed I've aged dramatically in the past 6 months. My eye bags are more pronounced, less baby fat in places, more wrinkles, less glow. I notice a change in how people treat me. Just 6 months ago people thought I was a kid, now it's like my age is catching up to me. Men and women both age like crap, and if you think you look young you are deluding yourself.
