Matthew Livelsberger tattoo, AI?

Something seems off with his apparent tattoo of the biohazard symbol that was used to ID him while his body was “burned beyond recognition”

Ran the image through AI image detector and got 63% likely generated by AI. And if you simply adjust the exposure on the picture, the tattoo doesn’t adjust with the rest of the picture.
