M19 I need help deciding where to go from here

I (m19) have always wanted to go to a fancy university but I failed my a levels due to being sick and therefore dropped out. I have been looking into access courses but the schools providing those don't appear to be any good, l'm in south east London by the way if that helps, are there any alternatives or any good schools that you know of. I'm really struggling right now and appreciate the help.
