Lost dog in Hollywood

Hi, this dog has been lost for days but he has been seen regularly, as he is very scared and runs when strangers try to approach or call him. Best way to help is call the owners upon seeing him, their number is on the flier. Any help is much appreciated. Ps. He is not wearing this collar, he is not wearing anything on his body. Last seen around 945 S North Lake Dr, Hollywood, FL 33019 but he runs fast and is going all around that area
