Let’s heal your mind and body

Read my text carefully. No matter what disease you are going through or stress, lets heal our body and mind to helps us go through more good times in future.

Healing Mind:

  1. Wakeup 6:00 am in the morning.
  2. Don’t touch your phone.
  3. Go to washroom to freshen up.
  4. Take cold pressed virgin coconut oil and oil pull for 15-20 minutes and brush your teeth.
  5. Drink green tea. No milk tea early in the morning.
  6. Meditate for 10 minutes: Take deep breaths and focus on the part of the body where you want to heal. Suppose if you have liver problem, focus there.
  7. Simple yoga positions.
  8. Check your phone for 5-10 minutes.

If you go to work or study, keep break times for atleast 20-25 minutes. On the break time, do what makes you happy. Do your skincare, wash your face, talk to your loved ones, give a walk.

While you end your day, increase your memory power! How?

  1. Keep your phone aside. Don’t check it once you go to sleep.
  2. Close your eyes.
  3. Try to re call what you did from morning to night. What you read/ worked. Every single conversations or the words of text book you read to memorize.
  4. Once you done, imagine a butterfly or any thing around you playing with them.

End your day!
