I just got a new job at a chipotle like restaurant, I just worked my first shift on Friday. My manager said that she would text me the schedule the following Monday, but it’s now Thursday she never sent me the schedule and ignored my texts and calls. Is it even legal to just ghost an employee? I don’t think I did anything wrong, it was my first shift I didn’t really know how the restaurant worked yet.
