Last public photo released, Biden was playing vintage video arcade games with his grandson. As soon as he decided he was no longer pursuing re-election, he mentally checked out. Never mind the fact that he's been mentally checked out the entire 4 years. Who's running our country?
Honestly this is a rhetorical question because these last few months have proven what we've known all along, the president is just a sock puppet, a figurehead. The country is truly run by the presidential advisors.
