Is Switzerland the last real middle class country?

Well, title says it all. Is Switzerland the last country that has a real middle class? The current 'middle class' in America and the EU doesn't really seem middle anymore. Most are barely surviving and saving very few money by the end of the month.

In contrast, it seems that in Switzerland people make more money and have more disposable income. I am aware the cost of living there is higher, but the leftovers after paying the bills is significantly higher than other places.

What are your thoughts on this?
