Is Reddit a left wing echo chamber?

Reddit is great but when it comes to politics it’s really wild how it’s completely one sided against Trump. I think most people don’t even bother ( myself included ) posting any counter arguments on those posts because the bots and NPC’s will downvote you instantly into oblivion. I think the bedrock of learning is debate with different perspectives and that’s how you learn. Reddit is the epitome of a left wing echo chamber where they can’t stand any opposing viewpoint and just love to be miserable together about how awful they think Trump is. It’s sort of a fascinating phenomenon honestly and I think at times it’s by design to control the narrative. Those subreddits never get tired of sharing in each other’s misery and complaining about every single thing.

They preferred a president who fell asleep and was a warmonger who was clearly a puppet. They wanted a president who was the fakest person I’ve ever seen and can’t comprehend that no we didn’t not vote for Kamala because this country is racist and did not want a female president. We didn’t vote for her because she was probably more incompetent than even the guy with dementia who used foreign wars to enrich himself and his family. I think some just want to feel part of a community and it’s trendy to talk crap about Trump. Others I think really just lack critical thinking skills. What a time to be alive!

I am personally most excited about RFK and the “Make America Healthy Again” movement. There are literally thousands of chemicals currently in American food that are banned in Europe and Japan. How can you disagree with someone who brings the receipts and wants to help make food in America healthy again? Big Pharma and the FDA are so threatened by someone who wants to prioritize health over profits, they create so much propaganda to make him look bad. If people can’t see through that it’s honestly pretty sad. The funny thing is these people who obsess about posting propaganda against individuals who actually want to create change in a system that has been designed to keep us all unhealthy and constantly uses identity politics to try and divide us. They are still going to benefit in the end from the very people they enjoy making fun of so much.

I try not to get annoyed at them and almost just feel bad for them at this point. While they label us as low IQ and racist, I pray for them for their lack of being able to critically think and see through obvious propaganda.

Also to be clear about my position in politics is I believe philosophically in times of chaos it’s best to detach. I don’t vote ever and some people will claim that’s ignorant however I think by voting you’re enabling a broken system and the two party system makes no sense. They try and make you have to pick between two sides and then therefore make it seem like you agree with everything that one side does. I really just don’t want there to be thousands of chemicals in our food that are banned in Europe and Japan. I am very happy about RFK. Most of it is a distraction that does not help us to spiritually grow and keeps people arguing while the people at the top continue to make money and divide us.
