I was just thinking about people who beat cancer and move vs don’t move

What I’m wondering is what the likelihood of the cancer coming back is if they stayed in the same area they were living in when they got it vs if they moved to a new area. I’ve had lots of cancer run through both sides of my family and it’s always made me question things. Personally I dont believe cancer is hereditary. I believe it to be 100% environmental. Now I don’t disregard the fact that some people are more likely to get it based of specific health markers because that is obviously a factor. I hope I don’t upset anyone or sound insensitive, I am deeply sorry if I do. This is just something that has been weighing on my mind and I’m curious if anyone else has had this theory.
