I want to quit school and start living my life

I (M14) consider myself a genius, I am a fast learner and I have always tended to think deeply about things. That is the reason why I want to quit school; I realized the school system is seriously broken, and there are even some degree holders who are just working as construction workers. I want to quit school and start working towards the life I want, but the only thing in my way is my mom. My father died when I was 10, and my mother has been working hard to support me and my siblings; all she ever wants is to see us graduate and work "real" jobs. I'm confused about what I should do, I want to learn programming and maybe earn a little bit of cash, but she doesn't believe I can do it. What should I do? Anything will help.
