I just realized I exist

I went to bed at 10 and woke up at 3:40. I didn't sleep well because of the constant little noises cutting through the walls. I tried to continue the dream in a relaxed way, but then in a moment I realized: I exist.

What is this world in which I live, what is this universe? who am i who are my friends Who is my family? Is this a dream I'm dreaming? Why are humans the dominant species with high intelligence, am I human? Why does everything move by itself? Why do I feel emotions and pain. Why do I feel so happy but sometimes sad? Why does the milk come from cow? Why do birds fly? Why the sun is hot? Why am I asking these questions? AM I FREAKING OUT!?!

I feel so awared, this universe is actually scary. And people, animals, objects, spaces, stars, articecture, nature, planets, water... they are all scary! I just happen to be in this world and I feel so scared to be alive, but I'm also scared to die. It's not like I'm screaming crazy, it's just how I feel.
