I hate to be this guy, but i don't think Putin did that shit.

The thing is, if one were to blow up Chernobly we aren't talking just Ukraine screwed over. We are talking all of Europe, and Western Russia all the way to Moscow. Putin is a bad dude, a monster even but that's too much even for a monster and makes 0 strategic sense. If he was that crazy you mine as well just launch the nukes at that point. Theres 2 possibilities. Either it was a false flag or it was Putin but not an actual attack. Just a threat. No ones that crazy.
