I hate that people complain how dumb and uneducated the youth is but never give advice on how to succeed

In high school, I got poor grades despite studying hard. I had to study 5-6 hours per day to stay afloat. Others got straight As with an hour of studying max per day. I never figured out what is wrong with me, and it is frustrating teachers and old people whine about the declining educational performance. No one tried to make the education system work for everyone. Adults just complain and give no actual feedback
