I hate how useless engineering degrees have become, and so many people are in denial of it

In 2024, people still SCREAM at the top of their lungs about how engineering degrees are one of the best you can get. They don't seem to care about the fact that there are twice as many engineering graduates than engineering jobs produced each year. Even shitty engineering jobs that pays poorly in the middle of nowhere gets hundreds of applicants.
