Recently overcame a depressive episode (2 months ago). Going back to work soon. Looking for a discussion or advice on how to feel better mentally and emotionally. I’ve gotten back into working out and my diet is healthy. My quality of sleep could be better but could also be worse. I want to study psychology and a STEM related field (Being an inventor would be cool). Family relations are OK not great. Trying to stay off the weed for my physical health, even though it has always helped me mentally/emotionally. I just don’t know where to turn. I’m a spiritual person who believes in God. Been praying a lot. Trying to connect with God + other deeply spiritual people. Things are going okay, I’d say 70% well 30% poorly. Looking for something major to uplift me, but even small tips would be appreciated. Thank you everyone for everything.
