I am sad and angry

Why does parents love to put you down? I was washing the dishes and making dinner. When my father arrived and begun lecturing me how I am ungrateful and do everything wrong. After dinner I went to clean the laundry and then he threw all the clothes on the floor saying that the floor is super dirty and I need to clean it. It's too much to ask for a simple praise or at least he could just shut the f***k up if he doesn't want to help. If I had enough money I would totally leave and never come back.
