How to figure out what to do next when your life fell apart?

Basically as the title. I (F) have been living in foreign country for a while. I developed a good career here over the years. There's a possibility of remote work if I find one. Recently I broke up with fiancee and all my life plans went to the bin. I am in a better place now mentally but I am really struggling with next steps.. how to navigate life now. I also wanted to start a family in next 2 years which is not happening now. I'm quite overwhelmed. I can't have family's support in these matters so I am asking for advice here. How did you navigate your life during the times of huge uncertainty? Thank you.
