How to accept reality? What if nothing exciting will happen for me?

I’m 32 yo. Around by the end 2023 some main things changed for me, I was deeply depressed and I think still struggling to pull myself together since then.

I’m trying to work and do some regular things, but feels so hopeless sometimes. I’m just afraid what if I’ll be living just average life without affording any nice things such as buying car, buying apartment or house.

See so many people around living nice life with travels and so on.
