How do you get over someone you never dated?

Long story short, I had a major work crush to the point where I only liked work because of him. Now he has left and I’m miserable and can’t stop thinking about him. I’ve tried messaging him but he doesn’t reply, so I know he doesn’t like me but I can’t stop thinking about him still.
