How do I stay committed to my fitness goals while working long shifts?

I currently work 12 hour shifts, turns out to be about 14 hours a day with the commutes for 14 days straight and then I get 7 off, how do I manage to fit in my fitness goals and stay in shape? I’ve really let myself go since I started working this job and I’m really trying to make a way.
