Sometimes I find myself making decisions based on emotions – whether it’s out of fear, excitement, or just being caught up in the moment – and later I wonder if it was the right choice. Emotions can really cloud our judgment and lead us to act impulsively instead of taking a step back and thinking things through. So, I’m curious, what psychological tricks or methods do you use to make sure you’re making a decision based on reason and not just a passing feeling?
I appreciate every advice 🙏
