For profit prisons will supply the workforce, thereby increasing demand for prisoners.

First to go will be the homeless. Under the guide of positive branding, "ending homelessness" will start with more laws to criminalize poverty.

This will then expand into urban neighborhoods, and further, into suburban communities.
