Hello, is anybody familiar with the water-powered car made by this guy?

It suddenly came up into my mind about him and his invention when I watched a video about lost inventions in our world. I forgot most details about this guy but what I know is that he made a water-powered car and there were investors willing to buy the car and the assembly. However, he died mysteriously while having a deal with two guys (if I rem correctly) and he mentioned to his brother he was poisoned.

This kinda made me think that the government or there are people in the top of business especially gasoline-wise sent hitmen to this guy to stop his invention from spreading and the details of it. For me, it shows how cruel and greedy humanity is and will be instead of seeing a long-term solution to emissions.

What do you think? Any more details about lost inventions u might add is appreciated.
