Has anyone made a life changing anyone and hated it

I recently moved countries for an amazing career opportunity. I left a nice comfortable place I was born raised and could always call my home. It is very difficult for me to go back there now. It’s different from where I am a citizen of.

I hate this decision I made I’m not enjoying it and I want to go back. Idk how to feel about this tbh. Because I always wanted to leave the place when I was there and now that I am here I want to go back.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? How did you cope? Or deal with this?
