First ‘Lady’ Brigitte Macron was born as Jean Michel Trogneux and transitioned to Brigitte

There have been multiple posts on this sub about this topic but this is the very rare last known photo of Jean Michel Trogneux, Brigitte’s long lost brother that was found by Xavier Poussard. In this picture the little boy from the Amiens family photo has grown up to an 18 yo, and facial features are much clearer.
