ok, hear me out:
i want to make a, not a microorganism, not a macroorganism, but a megaorgansim.
why should dna and protiens be made only out of molocules? why shouldent i 3d prind like a bajillion shapes in a propperly intelocking system, that, as long as i keep on "feeding" it the bits, it reprodices?
is it even possible? could it "evolve" by eventoally useing rocks and sticks by itself?
would it even be considered life? it could still reproduce, and grow. if i gave it something close to gears, it would move. thoughts?
