These photos and phone call (that will be in comments) is in regards but not limited to these public information requests which the disclosure was granted by the Texas attorney general and the Pasadena PD refuse to comply because it would implicate their officers and the DA prosecutors in a conspiracy to commit fraud Amongst The court and be culpable of several felonies. And put into question if they unjustly caused the suicide of a woman with their reckless investigative tactics. And letting a pdf file walk on serious charges in return for his false testimony.

Before me, the undersigned Assistant District Attorney of Harris County, Texas, this day appeared the undersigned affiant, who under oath says that he has good reason to believe and does believe that in Harris County, Texas, EDWIN KENT, hereafter styled the Defendant, heretofore on or about July 1, 2018, did then and there unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly cause the penetration of the sexual organ of T.G., hereinafter called the Complainant, a person younger than seventeen years of age, by placing the Defendant's finger in the sexual organ of the Complainant.

Affiant C. Brosas is a certified peace officer employed by the Pasadena Police Department assigned to the Crimes Against Children Division. Affiant has reason to believe and does believe that Edwin Kent (DOB 4/25/60), hereafter styled the Defendant, committed the felony offenses of Sexual Assault of a Child in Harris County, Texas on or about July 1, 2018 and on or about July 15, 2018.

Affiant's belief is based on the following facts: Affiant was assigned this case for follow up investigation regarding sexual abuse from a CPS referral. Affiant learned from reviewing this referral that T.G., hereafter styled the Complainant, made an outcry of sexual abuse against the defendant, her grandmother's ex-boyfriend. Affiant learned the address of the incident from the offense report and knows the address of the residence to be within the jurisdictional bounds of Harris County, Texas.

Affiant observed a recorded forensic interview of Complainant conducted at the Children's Assessment Center in Houston, Harris County, Texas. During the interview the Complainant stated she was 15 years old. The Complainant demonstrated the ability to differentiate the truth from a lie. Complainant stated that she was sexually abused by the Defendant. The Complainant identified the Defendant as her grandmother's ex-boyfriend and that his name is Ed. Complainant said the abuse occurred over a period of "a couple of wecks" in July 2018 at an apartment complex located in Harris County, Texas.

During the forensic interview the Complainant talked about the first time the Defendant abused her. The Complainant stated she was 15 years old when it happened. The Complainant said the Defendant pinned her against a wall outside her apartment. The Complainant said the Defendant then put his hand down her pants, and put his fingers inside her vagina. The Complainant said she slapped the Defendant and ran away from him.

Affiant observed in the forensic interview the Complainant talked about another incident that occurred with the Defendant. The Complainant said the Defendant lured her into his bedroom, pinned her down on the bed, and ripped all her clothes off. The Complainant said the Defendant then started performing oral sex on her by placing his mouth on her female sexual organ.

The Complainant said the Defendant also tried to put his "dick" inside her vagina, but the Defendant was unsuccessful because the Complainant kicked the Defendant's head and ran away. The Complainant said the Defendant also sent her pictures of his penis. The Complainant said the first person she told about the abuse was her grandmother.

Aftiant spoke with the Complainant's grandmother, whose initials are V.B., hereafter styled the Witness, whom the Affiant finds to be credible and reliable. Witness identified the Defendant as her ex-boyfriend and stated his name is Edwin Kent. Witness stated to Affiant that towards the end of July 2018 the Complainant told her that the Defendant had touched her.

Witness stated the Complainant disclosed to her that the Defendant approached her outside the apartment, pushed her against a wall, and began "fingering" her. Witness said the Complainant also told her that the Defendant had sent her pictures of his penis and showed her the pictures of the Defendant's penis on Complainant's tablet. Affiant spoke with the Defendant on May 30th, 2018. Defendant Edwin Kent (DOB 4/25/60) identified himself by presenting his Texas Driver License to Affiant.

While speaking with Affiant the Defendant repeatedly denied ever having any sexual contact with the Complainant. The Defendant did admit to Afiant that Defendant had electronically sent the Complainant pictures of his penis. Affant used the Defendant's date of birth to establish he was over the age of 18 at the times the incidents described by Complainant occurred.

Attiant used the Complainant's date of birth to establish Complainant 15 years old when the sexual abuse occurred. Affiant established the offense dates from the Complainant's statement in the forensic that everything happened within July.
