Does anyone find it funny how americas capability to find fugitives abroad and terrorists halfway across the world Never fails but they can't find a gunman from a nyc street who left on a city bike?

Im sure a lot more resources are used to find terrorist and international fugitives but this is national news and it seems like something weird is going on here especially they have pictures of the guys face and what not.
