The studies summarised by Michael Palmer have shown that:

The COVID mRNA vaccine appears in the bloodstream shortly after intramuscular injection in animals, and accumulates in organs including the liver, spleen and ovaries.
The injected synthetic mRNA and spike protein persist in human blood plasma and organs long after injection, remaining detectable in human tissue samples for up to nine months or more, and appearing in the breast milk of 5 out of 11 breastfeeding mothers.
Dr Palmer described these findings as “ominous” in terms of vaccine injury.
The injectable mRNA has also been found to be reversely transcribed, or “copied backwards” into DNA, conferring long-term cancer risks and the possibility of “indefinite persistence.”
Histopathological studies following death post-vaccination reveal blood clotting and blood vessel destruction, spike protein accumulation in the spleen (denoting self-destruction of the immune system), brain and other organs, autoimmune-like hepatitis, lung inflammation and fibrosis, encephalitis and myocarditis.

In short, the evidence that the injected mRNA product inflicts grave damage all around the body, over extended periods of time, is manifest.
