There's a quote from one of my favorite authors, where she says "Sometimes catastrophic moments invite clarity." I've always wondered if that's true, or are we just always struggling for no good reason? What do you think? Do you think that trauma helps us evolve and grow into better people sometimes? Or do you think that trauma is just trauma, and there's no significance or important life lesson to learn from after going through a traumatic experience? I hope this makes sense.
