Did TikTok just get sold... or is it running some weird PR stunt?

The ban message was all, “Don't worry, Trump will save us when he gets back in office!” Like... what?

I’m no conspiracy theorist, but this feels shady AF. Are they trying to sell us on Trump, or is there some secret backdoor deal that happened? And when it got back up we saw even more Trump praise splashed everywhere.

Did TikTok get sold? Is this some political flex? Or am I just spiraling into a rabbit hole of nonsense? Someone explain this mess because I’m confused.
