Hey guys I’ve been working as an insurance broker for the 8 months at this company and I really haven’t made any money. The way we sell here is working on your warm market( families,friends) or through networking, but I’m really good at doing cold calls/ leads. We don’t have a lead system and they don’t like doing cold calls but their not opposed to it, and are even trying to make it work somehow, but I feel like the whole process is taking forever. My friend who left our company went to another one and is doing pretty good, they have leads and a great structure I think I could thrive in, but I don’t know if I should leave where I’m currently at. The only problem I’m facing is leaving the people that I’ve been working with from the ground up for the last 8 months, one being one of my best friends. I’m confused and don’t know what to do.
