Chaining dogs

I HATE PEOPLE THAT CHAIN UP DOGS OUTSIDE!! You want a dog to be apart of the family but you treat them like shit. No dog deserves to be put outside in the elements. If you are going to do that then build a house for them to be comfortable in, and when I say comfortable I mean just as comfortable as you are in your home.
