CBC Polls & Foreign companies

CBC has had a lot for polls from Liaison Strategies since March 11th. It seemed like support for Liberals was about to plateau after Trudeaus resignation until they began submitting polls. They don’t seem to typically be pollsters, i can’t find any information about them online, there are results region blocked for Canada and their website has Chinese text throughout the page. Has anyone heard about them before? It may be nothing but the coincidence and pattern seems quite odd to me, along with the evidence of Chinese text throughout the website. Possibly a foreign owned company skewing polls before Canadian elections?
