Can you guys help me out in mapping my career?

Hey everyone! So, I am 24(F) and currently working as an editor for an abroad educational consultancy firm in India, where my current CTC is 4.2 LPA.

I did my graduation in computer science engineering but I never found satisfaction in that (basically did it because my parents wanted me to). So, after graduation I decided to pursue something that I love to do. I always had a knack for English and creativity (I write poems and all, even had a social media page showcasing them). Anyways, so I took up my first job within one month of my graduation as a content writer in a startup in 2023. In 2024, I switched to this role of an editor in my current company.

I also have some knowledge of social media since I have handled my page and it used to do pretty well (it had like 11k followers in 2022, all organic).

So, now I am trying to figure out what's next. Can you guys help me out on how I can grow in this career path ahead in terms of job roles and ofcourse CTCs? Like what skills I should learn or what things I should focus on or what courses I can take or what opportunities I should go for, basically anything and everything I need to do?

I am very hardworking and I know I have the capability to land a much better job with a much much better pay. I just don't have a map right now as this isn't a very conventional career choice. Please it would be great if you guys can help me out. Thank you :)
