Apple ID sign in request from China right after I went back on TikTok

I went back on TikTok this afternoon now that it is back up in the US and less than 10 minutes later, I got this Apple ID sign in request from in Liaoning, China. Second photo is to show where that region is located on the map. Kinda alarming to say the least.
