I saw it in another sub this is wild! 🤯 How long has this type of weaponry existed?

I didn’t see anything but the crowd reacted as though something hit them and spread and ran like a startled flock of pigeons!! 🤯

I mean I’d heard of those type of things on this sub but never actually seen put to use
