Anyone else like being alone?

Hello i’m an 18m and im more happy being alone then being with someone. I tried getting in a relationship recently and it just felt like a constant chore. I mean i always imagined having someone to come home to and be happy with but now idk. Me and this person haven’t hung out yet or anything but just having to text someone is not fun. Especially if they want to call, that’s the worst. I’ve only been in one relationship sorta. Even with family or going out in public i just want to be alone, it’s so much easier that way. In high school all i wanted was friends but i got really comfy being alone since then. It’s hard to get back to being a person who likes being around other people. This person now wants to come see me for her spring break but honestly idk if i want to. Dates don’t interest me and neither does any other relationship things interest me. Anyone else in similiar shoes?
