Anxious and overthinker

I am recently graduated from med school, my life become more complicated, my soul wants a husband but my brain want to go further and do an internship in USA. I feel lonely and I don’t go to my work as intern as a Gp . Am feeling hopeless , overthinker, overwhelmed with studying. Sorry for my bad English.
