Almost any activity is better for you than social media

I know, we love the entertainment. The puns. The brief moment where we feel like we aren’t alone in the universe because a stranger pulled the words out of our head. I get it. But also, this place is a wasteland. A false reality. Like seeing a scrapbook on acid and assuming that’s what life really is. So take a walk, learn piano, learn literally any thing, join an improv class. Do just a little bit of research on any of the social media platforms including this one and realize this place is a big money grab, an advertisement experiment where we are the test mice. The experiment is deteriorating us from inside out. So approach these apps like you would a high powered synthetic opioid because that’s pretty much what they are.
