About those 3 fires in Southern California

0% containment on all of them and we can’t even get aircraft to help because of the winds. Our local news has admitted that we’ve never had Santa Ana winds visit us later than November in modern LA history. The news keeps telling us the worst is yet to come and I’m pretty sure they “predicted“ the Eaton fires. The anchors kept talking about how terrible it would be if another fire started in the opposite direction of the palisades fire. It gives me 9/11 building 7 vibes… Also, we had Rick Caruso get on the phone with our local news (live) and complain about his relatives‘ (I think his daughters’) business burning down then accuse Los Angeles of being poorly prepared. He claims our local water reservoir was never filled and we’re running out of water but there’s no official report on it but the news is reporting that water trucks are being used because fire hydrants aren’t doing the job. But do fire hydrants run out of water?? but also… this has Elon Musk all over it as far as his exposed plot to thwart the recent Los Angeles’ transportation project I wouldn’t usually entertain that kind if thinking but it’s an odd coincidence given the whole cyber truck incident …something really freaking suspicious is going on here. I’m lucky to live on the same street as the designated evacuation zone for Pasadena residents so I’m safe for now but the winds are blowing the fire in this direction so it still smells and looks like a city that’s on fire. The news keeps repeating the word ”apocalyptic“ and I hate to say it but it feels accurate.
