Why is being happy such a chore

Recently bad stuff been happening so that could be a factor but I used to be so happy so talkative, basically laugh alot even at the dumbest unfunniest jokes js a happy person, but now it's so tiring, having to laugh (idek if I'm really laughing) like laughing and smiling I always have to do it and when I take the chance to look away I js stop and talking with people now is so tiring to the point I js prefer being alone, happy me would always wna be with people bc it's so fun. But now nothing is fun and js being happy is so tiring for me now and idk why
