why do i get so irritated so easily

i dont know why but recently i hate every person who makes a weird noise , chews loudly , walks loudly , taps things or anything of that kind and if they do it more then once or do it for a long time i will flip my shit and scream at then to stfu or something like that and my mum tells me that i can control it but i physically struggle so much to not say it its like if i dont tell this person to stop theyll continue and if they continue something bad will happen i dont have any idea why it annoys me so much but i hate it and i hate everyone like i dont like a single person rn
