Where there’s life there’s hope.

It’s true. So long as you’re alive there is always hope for things to get better. Think back to the good times you miss today. Before they happened, you were at a time in your life hoping for better times and they came didn’t they? The reason why a lot of us are stuck in the past is because that’s the only point of time we are familiar with. The future hasn’t happened yet that’s why it’s hard to be optimistic for it so we dwell a lot in the past because it’s already happened and that’s the only point of time we know so far.
