Where is the logic in this?

Why do women believe they have the right to dress half-naked in public as they please, yet men are not entitled to look as they wish? Why is indecency considered a woman’s choice, but observing it is not regarded as a man’s right? A woman may choose to dress provocatively to attract public attention, but when a man responds and gives that attention, he is labeled a pervert.
