What kind of job can I work if I can barely read, am physically very weak, and am fairly incompetent? (In America)

Basically what the title says. I have very poor vision, and years of untreated d*pression have left my body atrophied. I cannot exert myself physically for more than a few minutes. I need to get a job, I have nothing else. What kind of job can I work?
