It says no trauma dumping , no excessive doom and gloom yet most of the posts I see on here are very negative, sympathy seeking etc. why not choose to be positive for once.
What’s everyone’s goals this year / month? What are you grateful for in life ?
My goal this year is to put on a bit of muscle, reduce the amount of alcohol I drink and be more humble / kind.
I’m grateful for my health, having food and shelter. Life is amazing and short, no point spending it miserable and negative.
