Want Some Advice About Next Life Choice

30m sold my two homes. Quit my job. Waiting to start school in in fall because the only start term is Fall each year for Cyber Security. Have friends that are about to graduate for Cyber this year. I personally have a ton of Financial Crimes Investigations experience. Left my job in city to move to hometown and work from home. Wanted me to come back. Quit. Nothing but shitty factory jobs for past few years. No bills though now besides phone bill. Unemployed now. Have $40k liquid. Could spend $20k for college full time associates, or could just get apartment in city and go back to banking work. I'm so lost idk what to do. I told myself I'd never rent again after I started getting my own homes because I don't want to pay a landlord. I wanted to build equity and that's what gotten me so much reserve. However, now I feel like maybe a year or two wouldn't be bad to rent in the city I want to move to for the banking job. Idk what to do. I sold all my crypto and just sit in the place of not owning anything and don't want to jump into work plus rent. Or School. I hear don't do Cyber because you wont get a job after school.
